City Of Bones by Cassandra Clare Retro Friday Book Review

Retro Friday Reviews is a feature/meme hosted by Angieville where you write a review of an older book or an underrated book on Fridays. I think something is wrong with me because I am totally meh about City Of Bones, the first book of the Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare. I read this book back in […]

Homicidal Pet Goose Is Totally Magical Phrase To Me

Book review-Fly Trap by Frances Hardinge has an awesome concept. Seriously, this novel is perfect if you LOVE Megan Whalen Turner. If you are patient enough for Eugenides’ story, you should also be patient enough for Mosca Mye. Also, if you love a good revolution or talk of a revolution, I absolutely recommend Fly Trap without reservation.

The Perfect Method For Raising Children: Let Wolves Raise Them

Book Review- the three Incorrigible Children of Ashton Place in Maryrose Wood’s book The Hidden Gallery. Alexander, Beowulf, and Cassiopeia were raised by wolves and mostly turned out all right. Akata Witch by Nnedi Okorafor Book Review

Sunny, main character, is kind of a weirdo, or rather she’s considered a weirdo in her Nigerian village.  You see, she lived in America for the first part […]

Actually, It’s Pronounced Ke$ha

I liked Matched by Ally Condie well enough to accept Crossed, the second in Condie’s trilogy when it was offered to me for review via audiobook. Friends, I’m pretty sure that for the most part audiobooks make everything better. Despite Crossed being a 9 hour 50 minute audiobook, I listened to it over the course of three days. I’m […]
