Mike’s Place by Jack Baxter And Joshua Faudem | Graphic Novel Review

Mike’s Place is a non-fiction graphic novel about the April 30, 2003 bombing of “Mike’s Place”, a popular pub in Tel Aviv, Israel. Furthermore, I like it when books deal with things like gender constructs and society’s expectations of people. So, the subject matter of Prince’s memoir seemed really interesting. It sounded like a smart and thoughtful graphic memoir.

In Real Life by Cory Doctorow illustrated by Jen Wang | Graphic Novel Review
