Straight out, Five Summers does a pretty okay job at capturing the magic of camp, if not with winning me over with the characters.

I feel like I have come full circle in reviewing the sequel to I’ll Be There, titled Just Call My Name. This book is a direct sequel, taking place a few months after the events of the first book, and just like the first one, I totally cried because I am such a dork and because I have all these sappy feelings about family and friends and the little things in life.

Just Like Fate by Cat Patrick and Suzanne Young is a book that I have waited way too long to read. It’s also a book that’s co-authored by writers who are among my favorites when it comes to young adult books. Oh my goodness, it is hard for me to put into words just how much I loved this collaboration and how much I want there to be more collaborations between Cat Patrick and Suzanne Young.
