YOU GUYS!
I have been waiting FOREVER for a Bloggiesta because I procrastinate like it’s my job. And it looks like there will finally be one March 30-April 1 hosted by Danielle at There’s A Book and Suey at It’s All About Books.
So what, pray tell, is Bloggiesta? It is this big festival that all these blogs participate in to improve their websites and cross items off of their blogging to do list.
What do I plan on doing?
Creating an audiobook review archive page DONE- Writing reviews for the books on THIS GOODREADS SHELF – Started this and I only have 3 reviews left to write!
- Reformatting some older reviews
- Making a mind map/brainstorm for future posts
- Getting caught up on Top Ten Tuesdays
- Make 2 Interrobang Vlogs for the future
- Make an April TBR vlog
- Visit 10 new to me blogs participating in Bloggiesta and leave a comment
- Update About Page to include Allison and be more blog focused than ME-focused
Are you participating? What is on your to-do list?
Any suggestions of things I should do?

I’m participating! *raises hand* You’ve reminded me that I need to come up with my own to-do list, which will probably include catching up on reviews and writing guest posts that I promised I’d do.

I’m participating! Your list also reminds me that I need to catch up on reviews-I’ll probably have four or five to do…in addition to the four I need to write tonight to post this week…besides my “big” projects, I really would like to have more reviews readied.

Oh, I’ve never participated. I think I really would like to–and need to–this year. It is time to improve and get better at blogging. I think I’ll re-format some old reviews and work on newer content. I need to figure out what I want for the future of my blog and how to make it grow. I’ve been blogging for over 3 yrs and I’m just still so small. That’s OK, but I’d be lying if I didn’t wish I had more interaction going on in my blog. I’m fine with low followers, but I want the followers I DO have to be connecting with each other, and with me! Nobody close to me reads as much as I do! I need to reach out more. Lots to do, and this seems like a great time to do it!

You have some great goals and I hope you are able to meet all of them. I’ve always loved participating in Bloggiesta when I can. This year it falls on a weekend when I’m visiting family so I can’t participate. Plus I have carpal tunnel syndrome now so I’m not supposed to be on the computer all the time (though it is really hard to stay away and I have all this stuff I need to update like my review page and challenge sidebars, etc.). Good luck! I will be cheering you on in spirit 🙂

I AM DOING IT! I’m going to schedule as many blog posts as possible, add search engine terms to all of my old posts since Blogger lets you do that now(I also need to check into best keywords to use for that, I will check your post out), a few minor things, and visit blogs and mini-challenges! I just want to have a fun weekend!
Yay! I’m participating too, can’t wait to get started on updating things and meeting new people 🙂
I’m participating for the first time! It sounds fun 😀
I basically just found out about this a couple days ago and spur-of-the-moment decided “Sure, why not?” And so now I’m doing it 😛
Since I’m lame and jobless I actually have plenty of hours in the day to keep up with my blog, but there are still a few things I’ve been too lazy to do. Top priority being make a new rating system. 1-5 stars just seems harsh and inadequate sometimes, but I still want to rate things.
…I was rambling, wasn’t I? I guess I should stop now then 😛

It’s interesting to see what everyone is planning to do on their blogs over the weekend – I’m getting tons of new ideas too 🙂

I love your goals! Updating my about page is on my to-do list too. I like that you said to make a mindmap/brainstorm for future posts because that’s something I feel would be very beneficial! Good luck with your goals. 😀

Great list! I am definitely participating….mostly, I’m planning to clean up sidebars and pages, change a few things around, participate in some mini-challenges, and visit lots of blogs.
Hope you enjoy the party!
Great goals! I like your idea about visiting new-to-you blogs and leaving comments! Uh-oh, I just started Bloggiesta and my to-do list is already growing! *L*

You sound just like me, I procrastinate with everything! It’s terrible. In fact…I think I’m still due to record my Interobang vlog for tomorrow. Talk about terrible! LOL
Good luck with everything! And thanks for joining in Bloggiesta, especially your mini-challenge! It’s a huge hit!
