#HolidayReadathon Challenge

Update: The Winner is Readerly Musings. And omg you guys I totally regret not using Rafflecopter. Also, sorry for taking a week to pick a winner.

Hey y’all, so when Liza at Who R U Blog asked me to host a challenge for her annual Holiday Readathon, I got really excited because I enjoy this readathon, there are portions that are for a good cause and hello the holidays and challenges! Of course I was pumped.

My challenge is super easy — just tell me your favorite Christmas Carol in the comments. You can get as specific as you want i.e.Β White Christmas as performed by Bing Crosby or as general soooo, White Christmas or The Hanukkah Song by Adam Sandler. It is entirely up to you.

FYI, mine totally changes every day. I think right now it’s All I Want For Christmas Is You by Mariah Carey because I have this thing for belting songs really loud.

OH AND BONUS, I have a prize pack for one lucky winner that I will randomly pick from the comments. US only because it’s the holiday season and I legit cannot afford to ship abroad. I will email the winner on Monday, I will ship before Christmas (my schedule precludes me from going to the post office during the week). ALSO YOU GUYS please do not type your email in your comment, I will have your email from the little box after you type your name. No need to tell the world and the spammers your email address.

My favorite changes every day (just like my favorite book is based on my mood when you ask me). I love White Christmas by Bing Crosby and I love Carol of the Bells. I’ll stop there or I might be typing forever.

  3. Favorite Christmas carol, hands down, What Child Is This? Mostly because it’s to the tune of Greensleeves which I’m a total nerd about. πŸ™‚

  7. It’s hard for me to pick just one song. I love Christmas music and pretty much listen to it all year round lol. I love any version of Baby, It’s Cold Outside, for the past few years the She and Him Christmas album has been a favorite of mine too.

  8. Ok, I was going to say All I Want for Christmas is You by Mariah Carey, but since you’ve already said it, I suppose I’ll have to think of another one. I also really like Believe by Josh Groban from The Polar Express (I even played it for a piano recital once!).

  9. I listen to a TON of Christmas music, so this is actually legitimately difficult for me to decide. I’d probably go with O Holy Night, as it’s done on NSYNC’s Christmas album, because that song always gives me chills when I listen to it!

(P.S. No need to include me in the giveaway! I just wanted to share a song for you!)
