Top Ten Books On My Fall 2013 TBR | Top Ten Tuesday

My favorite TTT subject — but true to my time lack, I am doing a lazy version, with of picture of the Top Ten Books On My Fall 2013 TBR — FYI I read all of the books on my summer TBR except for A Clash Of Kings, so that will be on my seasonal TBRs until I actually finish it!

So, these are my books that I am pumped up to read this fall with a blanket and a mug of something hot — what about you?

  1. oh siege and storm is so so good. How to love made my list too

    My Top Ten

  2. Siege and Storm was GREAT! I liked it even better than the first in the series. Hope you enjoy reading it.

  3. Still need to read 3:59 and Siege & Storm as well as start the Skylark series! Great list!

  4. Very nice list, April! I’m particularly looking forward to reading your thoughts on Gretchen McNeil’s 3:59. I wasn’t the biggest fan of Ten and have heard some fairly discouraging things about 3:59 being a little too cerebral and unnecessarily complicated in terms of the world-building, but I do appreciate that McNeil often tackles subjects that go otherwise relatively unexplored in novels aimed at the young adult age group. I think I’ll wait to learn a little more about her newest release before I’m able to decide whether or not it’s the right book for me, and hopefully your eventual review will be able to help with that! 🙂

  5. Siege and Storm! What are you waiting for?! Get to it nooow!

  6. I’ve not heard ANYTHING about Brotherhood since I first learned of it but the book sounds really interesting. I look forward to hearing your thoughts on it April!

    My TTT list.

  7. I’m in the middle of How To Love right now and i’m unsure of how I feel so far. Hope you enjoy it!

  8. oooohh I’ve heard excellent things about 3:59!! So jealous, can’t wait to hear what you think of it 🙂

  9. Some great picks! I want to read so many of them.

  10. Very nice line up! I need to get a copy of Siege and Storm as well as Game of Thrones very soon!

  11. I like when you do your lazy version. It makes me feel better about doing MY lazy version (which is pretty similar to your lazy version). I also like your TBR. Siege and Storm is also in my pile and the rest of all of this is pretty amazing-looking. Good luck with getting through these!!!

  12. I’ve heard really good things about the first Valente novel “The Girl Who Circumnavigated Fairyland…” and have it sitting on my TBR shelf. I hope number two lives up to expectations.

  13. EEK! They all look so good! I really want to read Shadowlark, Ashes and Siege and Storm (once I’ve read Shadow and Bone, that is!)

  14. YES CLASH OF KINGS! I’m reading slowly through A Game of Thrones now, and as I’m getting to the end, I’m going crazy! Also, glad to see that someone else put non-new releases on their list 🙂

  15. I like that you actually have the books. That would make creating the list SO much easier. 🙂 3:59 is on mine too.

  16. Siege and Storm is so gooooooooood! Hope you enjoy all of these!

  17. Holy cow, you read all but one book from your summer TBR list? You are way better at setting goals and following through with them than I am. That’s awesome!

And good luck with this season’s TBR pile. I feel really bad that I haven’t even read Shadow and Bone yet!

  18. Yes! I can’t wait to read How To Love and 3:59, have heard great things about both.

  19. There’s already a third book in Cat Valente’s series? I haven’t even read the second one!

  20. Seeing it stacked like that is a little intimidating. I just made a list and in my head I’m thinking it’s easy peasy. Seeing your stack puts my list in perspective, I hope I get to finish it during Fall & not til Spring/Summer 2014!
