…and I’m keeping my schedule open after those two.
What else should I update you on? Oh, so we had to take the dog to the vet Friday night. Normally this would not have been such a huge deal, except the only vet on call was an hour and a half away. We didn’t get back home until 4 a.m. The dog has pneumonia. Right now, he just needs to take his meds and rest, he will be fine. On top of that, the boyfriend was offered an out of state job, but he decided not to take it, however there was much agonizing over the decision, lots of tears and whatnot. So, friends I am drained.
I got a cell phone, finally. It’s an iPhone, I’ve been downloading apps such as a fart noise maker, a voice changer, and a shut up button. I know, I am mature and classy.
I started my new job this week, so far, it’s been amazing, but it’s kept me so busy that I hardly have time to read, not nearly as much as I used to, guess this means I should pre-pack lunch so I can read during my lunch hour. Productivity, I has none.

Nice books! I got a few of your review books as well π Enjoy!
Great post! Yay for the IPhone sounds like you are having fun π
I got an iPhone at the first of the year and just love it – I hope you love yours too.
I hope your dog makes a speedy recovery. It sounds like you've had quite a week. I hope this week will be much more peaceful for you.
The Melissa Kantor book sounds like fun and The Summer of Skinny Dipping and The Heart Is Not a Size both look really interesting.
I hope you are enjoying your iPhone. Are you going to get the Kindle app? I really like it. The screen isn't that big but it is nice to have so many portable books.
Have a great week!
Great new things! I really really wanna read "If I Have A Wicked Stepmother Where's My Prince"! And I've always been torn about getting a snuggie lol. Maybe if I ever move out of CA (where it's probably too warm to own a Snuggie) I'll end up getting one!
I hope your dog gets better!
Ooo the iPhone, sounds fun π
I gave you an award http://blackteensread2.blogspot.com/2010/04/new-crayons-awards.html
Looking forward to your review of Terrier (I love Tamora Pierce!) as well as The Pack.
Gunslinger Girls sounds good.
Don't forget about the "that's what she said" app, haha
WOOHOO! Kelley Armstrong! π
The Summer of Skinny Dipping sounds great! :]
Sounds like you've had an emotional week! But yay for getting an iPhone! I finally updated my iPod touch so I can download applications. App store is sooo addictive!
The Gunslinger girl manga looks really good! And I think I could probably squeeze an iPhone out of my dad if I can get a tight grip. π
1. Love the snuggie. Hilarious.
2. You are adorable. Seriously.
3. SO JEALOUS of all those books. Can't wait to hear what you think of all of them.
Wow, do you feel like a kid at Christmas when you get books in the mail? I'm grooming my daughter to be a blogger. She reads all of the great books that other authors give me.
