Dewey #Readathon: Spring 2014

Friends, it’s my favorite time of year! It is time to read books for 24 hours as a community for the Dewey Readathon and eat all of the food and get NONE of the sleep! To say that I am excited is an understatement. I realize I am posting super late, because I am terrible at doing things on time. Alas, I have purchased all my snacks and made my pile. I have obtained my audiobooks for moments when I have to leave the house and eat and shower and workout. I am so ready to do this. I am hoping that this time around I can stay up later than… I think it was 11 or so last time, when I went to bed hahaha, so this time, let’s hope I can make it until at least 2 a.m.

Here’s my pile:

Here’s what I am planning on eating, obviously I will have several sugar crashes:

Of course, by the end of this, I will be in a very solid and loving relationship with my bed:

  1. Yay! I am participating this time too!! I am working on choosing my books now. Are you going to update with several posts or just update the same one? I can’t decide!

  2. I wish I would have seen about this readathon before tonight! (It seems to be all over instagram now, so maybe I just did not realize it was going to happen before now!). Unfortunately, I already have plans to hang out with my sister-in-law tomorrow, so I can’t participate! Kind of a bummer, but hopefully next time!

  3. I haven’t read most of those – but I did like This One Summer! Also, I heart you because you have Whoppers. Those are my fave.

(Also, you can’t even judge me for my classics. One of them is only 40 pages long!)

  4. Good luck with your read-a-thon. That is one impressive pile. Hope you will manage to get some of that snacks…. eh books out of the way #rahrahreadathon #TeamRogue

  5. Holy crap, I’ve already read THREE of the books in your pile (A Little Too Far, All The Truth That’s In Me, and Just Like Fate). This is amazing! This never happens! I can’t wait to get your thoughts on them.
