In My Mailbox (55)

In My Mailbox is a lovely meme where we post pictures or a vlog or a list of the awesome books we obtained during the week then visit other blogs to awkwardly gawk at the books they got during the week. This barrel of fun is hosted by Kristi at The Story Siren.

I really want to read Across the Universe by Beth Revis, I’ve heard such great things about it and it’s different than what I usually read– Nightshade is another one that I’m dying to get into, oh! And Legend by Marie Lu also! Haha, you have a lot of books this week that I really need to start reading 😉

  32. I got Catching Jordan, too! So after we both read it, we can both join the cool kids club, lol. I’m really interested to know what you think about Across the Universe and A Million Sun….. And Legend, because I’ve yet to read that! Awesome, awesome haul for you this week! 🙂

  33. Nice lot of books there. I’m really curious about Born Wicked. Looks great

  34. I haven’t read Catching Jordan yet either, but now that you have it I feel like I’m officially going to be picked last for dodgeball. I really need to get on that! I just ordered Born Wicked myself, and am totally excited for Tessa Masterson! Cheers. =)

  35. Breathless Reads tour! So jelly. Born Wicked looks FANTASTIC–finished copy–drool. And Legend was ah-mazing. Day is my life.

    Enjoy this lovely stack!

  38. Great haul, I’m very much looking forward to read The Académie. Netgalley is awesome!

  39. Wow. great books April! I loved ATU and think I loved A Million Suns even more (which hardly ever happens with a series)

  40. LOOK at all that prettiness!!! Goodness gracious. I have both ATU and AMS but haven’t read either. I think I’m intimidated by the largeness of the books. Which is weird, but seriously, lately it’s been taking me like a week to finish a book that’s over 350 pages. It’s PATHETIC.

Born Wicked looks amazing, too. Enjoy all your beautiful reads!

  41. Catching Jordan is just so good – I hope that you really enjoy it. Personally I can’t wait to read Smoke and Bone after all this hype and I was so disappointed when I was rejected on NG for The Academie.

Enjoy all your books and happy reading!

  42. Very envious of Shadow and Bone, I’m looking forward to hearing your thoughts on it! I loved Dairy Queen, so I need to get a copy of Catching Jordan and compare the two:)

  43. Great books!!! I cannot wait to read Born Wicked 🙂 Great IMM post.

Awesome haul of books! I see catching jordan in that pile I cannot wait to get my hands on that book!

Thanks for stopping by my blog.

  47. LOVE the books you picked up at the Breathless Reads Tour. Enjoy your goodies from this past week. Happy Reading!

  48. Oh cool, I had no idea that Halpin and Franklin are doing another book together. Looking forward to your review of that one!

I still don’t have Catching Jordan. 🙁 🙁 🙁 I need to get on the bandwagon to be one of the cool kids.

  49. GREAT books! Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy. I loved Across the Universe… can’t wait to read A Million Suns.

  50. I really enjoyed legend and nightshade. I just got born wicked today.

Looks like you have some good books.

  51. Wowowowo AWESOME haul!!! I hope you can find some time to read everything!!!

  52. Ah, Shadow and Bone sounds sooo good.

8 hours for a road trip is nothing. Try spending 12 plus hours in the car while moving (not fun). =)

    Awesome haul this week!!!!

  53. GAH, I am DYING to read Shadow & Bone. I have an ARC, but I can’t read it until I’ve caught up with my review pile. *sniffle* it looks SO GOOD, right? I might’ve read the first few chapters.

    happy reading!

  54. Great haul!! I have read A Million Suns already (well listened to on audio) and it was quite good. Happy Reading!

  55. I just read A Million Suns this week and LURVED it. I really stinkin loved Across the Universe because it’s Sci-Fi and I go for all that stuff, but A Million Suns was even better. So yay for you to get them both. No sophomore slump there. It only goes up, my friend. It only goes up.

I grabbed Unbreak My Heart from NetGalley too. You know, contemps and all. We shall see. I’ve done four so far and I have liked them all. But this one looks like a tearjerker. CONGRATULATE ME ON MY CONTEMP-NESS!

  56. Um. Can you say GREEN?! ‘Cause that’s the color I am right now! 😉

So jealous that you’ve already been to the Breathless Reads Tour! I’ll be going on Wednesday, but still! The book I am most looking forward to buying there is BORN WICKED. I could have bought it beforehand, but for some reason, it was important to wait.

Can’t wait to see what you think about all these fabulous reads 🙂 Enjoy!

(By the way, thanks for stopping by BlookGirl earlier. I appreciate your comment!)

  57. Oh awesome! I can’t wait to see your reviews on all of these 🙂

  58. Awesome haul! I loved Across the Universe and A Million Suns and got Legend this week and can’t wait to read it! The Breathless Reads Tour sounds like it was an awesome event! I also want to read Born Wicked and The Only Ones and I’ve just added Shadow & Bone to my TBR list.

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog, and happy reading!

  59. You got some awesome books girl! I wish the Breathless Tour would’ve been closer to me. I went last year and loved it.
